Eat Shit New Egg! I'm tired of your poor customer service RMA flaming hat of bullshit.

(I've been dealing with the return of a single stick of memory since April)

After a long and arduous conversation with their customer service that lasted at least 20 minutes (this is for the exchange of a $30 stick of memory), the dipshit customer service rep finally says to me:

Dipshit: "Welp.....see...uhh...the problem is our warehouse....they aren't getting back to me so we...uhhh.....just gotta wait and see. Yeah I can't do anything until I hear back from our warehouse.....its really them now. Sorry."

Me: Dude I don't care that you have internal communication problems, from my perspective you are all the same entity.

Dipshit: (Bewildered pause)

Me: Okay fine...just call me back tomorrow then. Jesus.

Guys---you've heard my rant on why customer service is important, and how it actually should be approached under the umbrella of marketing---since you DO want people to call you, but heres another amazingly obvious notion.

The "customer" or ME, has no idea and doesn't really care about the internal makeup of your organization. Whether your warehouse is below your customer support office, or in a fucking off shore rig in the Aleutian sea....it doesn't matter. Quit complaining to us when a problem arises that is actually an internal communication issue. And get me my goddamn memory!

Yeah. Fuck you Comcast. I'm sure you'd love to price out and nickel and dime your bandwidth based on content but the FCC just told you to suck one. Not to mention your service and tech support suck too.
